Bianca Richards is the social media manager at Allure, focused on building a strong online community for readers to explore and connect. She started her career as a beauty intern at Cosmopolitan and Seventeen magazines before transitioning into social media as the social media editor for People CHICA, the English-language vertical of People en Español. As an Asian-Latina born and raised in the Bronx, Bianca is passionate about showcasing the influence of beauty across various BIPOC sub-cultures and iss excited to explore how beauty can shape and enrich these diverse communities through authentic storytelling and intentional reporting. When she's not putting together her signature dewy glam routine, she's figuring out how to style her new pair of Jordans with her fit.
